I am a UX Research consultant with a focus on making life a little brighter and a lot more fun by optimizing interactions between humans and
technology.

I use a pragmatic approach to leverage insights from users with a variety of mixed methods. I was guided to UX research after seeing my parents cry out of
frustration while trying to do simple computer tasks, and seeing their confidence grow as they gained digital skills. This honest human response to usability issues
remains my motivation for improving technology in every project I work on.
